The Role is focused on initial response to inbound leads, reporting and supporting the EMEA sales  team. Just as important, the person selected for this role will need to develop positive relationships with internal CREW members, and ambitious for a career in sales. We are looking for self-motivated CREW members who will bring energy, fun, and professionalism to the department and company.  Meeting and/or exceeding the company’s sales goals will be instrumental to the success in this role, along with other company defined KPI’s.  

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Timely first-line response to inbound leads and opportunities
  • Supporting prospects new education/training customers
  • Qualify marketing leads and develop sales opportunities
  • Maintaining Company CRM (SalesForce)
  • Supporting sales team reporting and sales admin requirements
  • Understand company product portfolio to ensure value positioning to education/training and instructors
  • Build internal relationships and utilize the appropriate CREW members when opportunities exist
  • Communicate customer needs effectively with internal teams
  • Maintain good relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Ability to attend events and customer meetings as needed

Skills required:

  • Strong attention to detail (problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills)
  • Ability to learn the Practice Labs platform and products available
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • CRM experience and best practice within CRM
  • Self-motivated – confident
  • Demonstrate and uphold CREW values
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Good communication skills internally and externally
  • Ability to make decisions in an autonomous environment
  • Maintain a professional image of Practice Labs and as an individual
  • Meet sales goals and KPI’s
  • Positive, optimistic attitude
  • Travel may be required – client visits and/or tradeshows

Experience desired:

  • 1-2 years junior sales experience desirable
  • IT and/or education/training sales experience would be helpful
  • CRM experience and utilization, Salesforce preferred desirable
  • Experience working in a teams 

Contract Type:     Full Time

Location:     Dartford, Kent - Temporarily remote
